1987 Camaro IROC-Z
Our Camaro IROC-Z is one of the cleanest examples around. With only 25,000 original KM it's safe to say this vehicle has been trapped in a time capsule for most of its life and is in showroom condition. Originally brought in for a re-spray in 2008 due to some scratches and stone chips (pictures available on request). The entire car was painted top to bottom; the IROC-Z lettering along the bottom of the door was painted-on beneath the clear coat as opposed to the usual stickers. The interior is correct and unaltered. Tires are original. The only modifications are a "flowmaster headerback exhaust" and tinted windows. The paint has been cut and polished after the respray and looks better than it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. If you're looking for a near "perfect" collector, look no further. This IROC is for you.
Restoration Garage - Season 3
Eccentric entrepreneur David Grainger might like to fly planes, ride horses and race boats but his true love has led him to one career and there is nothing blue-collar about it. At The Guild of Automotive Restorers, David Grainger and his team save the world's rarest classic vehicles. From re-building a one-of-a-kind turn of the century French De Dion, to recreating the multi million dollar Bugatti Aerolithe or by getting the engine of a 1969 Plymouth GTX roaring back to life.
David's crew of automobile mavericks turn rust into gold and deal with all the dents along the way. However, it is not just about the cars. David scours the planet's most elite auctions with friend and investment partner Larry Burns. They often bring back four wheeled gems to fix-and-flip. Shop manager Thomas Douglas keeps the restoration garage machine running smoothly.
